目的观察酸性氧化电位水对室内空气消毒效果。方法采用仪器采样法,对气溶胶喷雾法喷雾酸性氧化电位水消毒室内空气的效果进行了观察。结果用气溶胶喷雾器,按10 mL/m3的用量向气雾室内喷雾酸性氧化电位水原液,作用10 min,对气雾室内空气中人工污染的白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.90%。按相同用量对现场(厂房和库房)喷雾酸性氧化电位水,作用10 min对室内空气中自然菌平均消除率为91.58%。结论酸性氧化电位水气溶胶喷雾对室内空气中人工污染白色葡萄球菌和自然菌均有一定杀灭作用。
Objective To observe the effect of acidic oxidizing potential water on indoor air disinfection. Methods The instrumental sampling method was used to observe the effect of aerosol spray on the indoor air disinfection with acidic oxidation potential water. Results With the aerosol sprayer, the acidic oxidizing potential water was sprayed into the aerosol chamber at the rate of 10 mL / m3 for 10 min. The average killing rate of artificial contaminated Staphylococcus aureus in the aerosol indoor air was 99.90%. The same amount of on-site (plant and warehouse) spraying acidic oxidation potential water, the role of 10 min on the average indoor air natural bacteria was 91.58%. Conclusion Acid oxidizing potential aqueous aerosol spray has a certain killing effect on artificial contaminated Staphylococcus aureus and natural bacteria in indoor air.
