基础教育课程改革对学前教师的能力做出了新的要求,即教师需要改变“授受式教学”模式。探究式教学符合新的课程改革提出的改革目标,是适合幼儿园教育的教学模式。作为未来教师的学前师范生在目前的培养体制中存在片面发展、缺乏实践、授受教育等困境,阻碍了师范生探究式教学能力的发展和提升。促进师范专业和理念的全面发展,改变高校“授受式教学”现状,建设开放式高校是提升师范生探究式教学能力和专业素养的关键。
The reform of basic education curriculum has set new demands on the ability of preschool teachers, that is, teachers need to change the mode of “teaching and receiving”. Inquiry teaching conforms to the reform goal proposed by the new curriculum reform and is a teaching mode suitable for kindergarten education. As a future teacher, the pre-primary teacher-student in the current training system has one-sided development, lack of practice, education and other difficulties in education, hindering the development and promotion of normal students’ inquiry teaching ability. Promoting the all-round development of teachers ’profession and philosophy, changing the status quo of colleges and universities to accept and accept teaching, and building an open university are the keys to enhance the students’ inquired teaching ability and professional accomplishment.
