教育在学生的心理发展中起着特殊的作用,教育者可以通过运用一些心理技巧,并参照学生的实际,从而制定出合理的教学方案,改进教育工作。作为一个班的班主任,如果不能有效地管理班级,就容易在学生中间减少威信,导致今后的教学等各项工作都不能顺利进行。因此,所要探讨的就是如何运用一些心理规律和技巧来管理班级,使教学工作顺利进行。
Education plays a special role in the psychological development of students. Educators can make rational teaching plans and improve their education by applying some psychological skills and referring to the students’ actual conditions. As a class teacher, if you can not effectively manage the class, it is easy to reduce the prestige among students, leading to the future of teaching and other work can not be carried out smoothly.
