钢铁中加入少量的硼,可以使机械性能和工艺性能得到显著的改善,这就对分析和测定钢铁中硼含量的方法提出了新的要求。在硼的分析方法中,以光度法最为普遍,常用的比色试剂有姜黄素、次甲基蓝、二蒽醌亚胺等,这些方法往往需经分离手续,周期较长。因此,在提高光度法的选择性和灵敏度方面,还在不断革新之中。另外,用发射光谱法测定钢铁中的硼含量已有过报道,但这需要大型设备。离子选择电极是近年来发展起来的新的分析工具。将硼转化成氟硼酸根离子后,可用氟硼酸根离子电极进行测定。钢铁中要求分析低至几个 ppm 的硼,对此能否采用氟硼酸根离子电极进行测定,尚未见到报道。
The addition of a small amount of boron to steel can result in significant improvements in mechanical properties and process properties, putting new demands on methods for the analysis and determination of boron in steel. In the analysis of boron, the most common photometry, commonly used color reagent with curcumin, methine blue, dianthronesquinone imine, these methods are often subject to separation procedures, longer cycle. Therefore, in improving the selectivity and sensitivity of the photometric method, it is still in constant innovation. In addition, the determination of boron in steel by emission spectroscopy has been reported, but this requires large equipment. Ion-selective electrode is a new analytical tool developed in recent years. After boron is converted to fluoroborate ion, the fluoroborate ion electrode can be used for the determination. Steel in the analysis of as low as a few ppm of boron, whether the use of fluoroborate ion electrode for determination, has not been reported.
