本文主要介绍了在锗透镜磨边时采用双面定中心的新工艺及锗透镜定心磨边机。该工艺应用了数字显示和电视显像新技术,把光轴与机械回转轴的同轴度的实际偏差直观的显示出来,从而取代了国内单面定中心磨边的老工艺。
This paper mainly introduces the new technology of double-sided centering and the germanium lens centering edging machine when germanium lens edging. The process uses digital display and television imaging of new technologies, the optical axis of the mechanical axis of rotation and the actual deviation of the visual display, thus replacing the domestic one-sided centering process of the old mill.
