本实验旨在研究二氯醋酸钠对大鼠前脑完全性缺血不同灌流期脑皮层神经无超微结构的影响。结果:(1)再灌流后1h,病变以膜结构损伤为主,表现为内质网和核膜扩张,轻度线粒体肿胀;(2)再灌流2h后,除上述病变进一步加剧外,并出现染色质边集和线粒体皱缩;(3)无论缺血前后应用二氯醋酸钠,均表现为膜结构病变明显减轻,但染色质边集等多元改善,提示二氯醋酸钠可有效保护大鼠脑皮层神经元膜结构的急性缺血性再灌流损伤。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sodium dichloroacetate on the ultrastructure of cortical neurons in rats with complete ischemia of forebrain in different perfusion periods. Results: (1) At 1 hour after reperfusion, the lesion was dominated by membranous structure injury, which was characterized by dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane and mild mitochondrial swelling. (2) After reperfusion for 2 hours, except the above lesions further aggravated, Chromatin margination and mitochondria shrinkage; (3) Both before and after the application of sodium dichloroacetate, showed a significant lessening of the membrane structure lesions, but the chromatin edge sets and other multivariate improvement, suggesting that sodium dichloroacetate can effectively protect rats Cerebral cortex neuronal membrane structure acute ischemic reperfusion injury.
