一、全区县域经济发展基本概况 (一)2003年县域经济发展情况。 我区县域有89个县(市、区)，县域土地面积占全区总面积的91％，人口占全区的82．6％，在县域就业的人数占全区就业人数的80％以上。近年来，在贯彻落实党中央、国务院的指示精神和决策部署中，自治区党委、自治区人民政府从我区区情出发。先后制订了一系列促进县域经济发展的思路和措施，尤其是通过实施“三大战略、六大突破”重大决策、“1234610”农业和农村发展工作思路，促进了县域经济的
First, the basic situation of the county’s economic development (a) 2003 county economic development. There are 89 counties (cities and districts) in our county area.
