以解淀粉芽孢杆菌CMN1308为试材,采用平板对峙培养法,测定CMN1308对葡枝根霉(Rhizopus stolonifer)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、黑葡萄穗霉(Stachybotrys chartarum)、栗疫菌(Cryphonectria parasitica)、可可毛色二孢菌(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)、扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的抑菌效果,并进行了镜检观测及无菌滤液中抑菌成分稳定性测定,以充分研究其抑菌效果及抗真菌特性。结果表明:拮抗菌CMN1308对上述7种供试病原菌均有较强的抑制作用,表现出抑菌谱广的特点;其中对扩展青霉的抑制作用最好,抑菌圈直径可达27.1mm;CMN1308对可可毛色二孢菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用,且其发酵产生的抑菌物质热稳定性较好,耐碱怕酸,对紫外线不敏感。这为更进一步探索板栗采后生防保鲜技术和微生物制剂的开发与应用提供了一定的理论与技术支持。

Among them, the inhibitory effect on Penicillium expansum was the best, with the diameter of inhibition zone reaching 27.1 mm; CMN1308 has a strong inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Aspergillus bicolor, and its bacteriostatic substances produced by fermentation have better thermal stability, alkali-resistant and acid-sensitive, and are not sensitive to ultraviolet light. This provides some theoretical and technical support for further exploring the development and application of chestnut post-harvest bioconservation techniques and microbial agents.
