溜井内矿石的运移特征,是制定溜井结构优化、井壁检修和生产管理方案的重要依据。而通过溜井现场溜放矿试验获得溜井内矿石的运移特征因制约因素多而难以实现,为此,研发了集溜放矿模拟系统、数据采集系统和数据分析系统于一体的溜井溜放矿相似试验平台,实现溜放矿全过程的模拟和数据的高效处理与分析。以该试验平台进行溜放矿相似试验,得到的试验结果与实测数据一致。试验结果表明,该试验平台适用于溜放矿相似试验研究,为研究溜井内矿石运移特征提供了一种有效的方法。
The characteristics of ore migration in the slip well are important basis for formulating the structure optimization of the well, well wall maintenance and production management scheme.
