安全第一,质量第一。在施工项目管理中安全和质量是相辅相成、相互统一的,工程质量形成于施工项目,是企业形象的窗口,在项目施工过程中安全管理不容忽视,它伴随在工程质量形成的全过程。工程质量的好坏直接影响安全事故发生与否,质量视为企业的生命,安全作为企业的卫士,安全、质量管理则是企业管理的重中之重。本文就这一相关问题进行简单的阐述和分析。
Safety first, quality first. In construction project management, safety and quality are mutually reinforcing and mutually unify. Project quality is formed in construction projects and is a window of corporate image. Safety management in project construction can not be ignored. It is accompanied by the formation of project quality. The quality of the project directly affects the safety of the quality of occurrence or not, the quality of life as a business, safety as a corporate defender, safety, quality management is the most important business management. This article briefly explains and analyzes this related issue.
