[目的]了解桐乡市食物中毒的好发季节、行业分布、致病菌分类情况,为制订食物中毒的防控措施提供依据。[方法]对桐乡市2003~2007年食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]5年间桐乡市共发生食物中毒59起,总的检出率为35.59%,好发季节为秋季,饮食服务行业为主要场所占50.08%,有12起金黄色葡萄球菌中毒。[结论]应加强饮食服务行业的食品卫生管理。
[Objective] To understand the incidence of food poisoning in Tongxiang City, the industry distribution, classification of pathogens, to provide a basis for the development of food poisoning prevention and control measures. [Method] The data of food poisoning in Tongxiang from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed. [Result] A total of 59 food poisoning cases occurred in Tongxiang City in 5 years. The total detection rate was 35.59%. The predominant season was autumn. The food service industry accounted for 50.08% of the total, with 12 Staphylococcus aureus poisoning. [Conclusion] The food hygiene management in catering service should be strengthened.
