本文总结Lowa大学医院1938至1970年病理证实的原发性胆囊癌117例。103例经手术,14例为尸检诊断。重点复习本病之临床特征,特别注意早期胆囊切除的效果。全部病例按此目的分为四组: 甲组:局部病灶不明显,术前不怀疑胆囊癌,术中亦未作出诊断,因胆囊炎或结石施行胆囊切除,术后标本病理检查为癌,共14例。
This article summarizes 117 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma confirmed by pathology at Lowa University Hospital from 1938 to 1970. 103 cases were operated and 14 cases were diagnosed by autopsy. Focus on the clinical characteristics of this disease, with particular attention to the effect of early cholecystectomy. All cases were divided into four groups according to the purpose: Group A: Local lesions were not obvious, gallbladder cancer was not suspected before surgery, and no diagnosis was made during the operation. Cholecystectomy was performed for cholecystitis or stones. The pathological examination of the specimens was cancer. 14 cases.
