我国思想政治教育偏重灌输模式,灌输模式的教条化促使思想政治教育方式生硬、感染力小、实效性低。加强和改进思想政治教育,应首要关注其接受规律,追求实现接受过程。接受过程的实现就必须弘扬人的主体性,通过树立主体性思教理念、充实主体性思教内容、应用主体性思教方法、丰富主体性思教载体,建立主体性思想政治教育机制。但批判和摆脱灌输模式,也要防止矫枉过正而否定道德规范,削弱系统思想政治教育。
The ideological and political education in our country emphasizes on the mode of instillation, and the dogma of the mode of indoctrination leads to blunt ideological and political education, low contagious power and low effectiveness. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education, we should pay close attention to its acceptance of the law, the pursuit of acceptance process. To realize the process of acceptance, we must promote people’s subjectivity, enrich the content of subjective thoughts, enrich the content of subjective thoughts, apply subjective thoughts and methods, enrich the subjective carriers of ideological and political education, and establish the subjective ideological and political education mechanism. However, to criticize and get rid of the mode of instilling, we must also prevent overcorrection and negate moral norms and weaken systematic ideological and political education.
