目的探讨蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用。方法用蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对6株小细胞肺癌和7株非小细胞肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制效果进行了检测,并采用免疫法,测定了蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂对肺癌细胞内Rb蛋白表达的影响。结果随其浓度的增加,对肺癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用增强,小细胞肺癌的半数抑制量平均值ST为95nM,UCN-01为588nM,非小细胞肺癌则分别为188nM和1029nM,ST和UCN-01可抑制肺癌细胞Rb蛋白的磷酸化。结论蛋白质磷酸化酶抑制剂通过抑制Rb蛋白的磷酸化,从而抑制肺癌细胞的增殖
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of protein phosphorylase inhibitor on the proliferation of lung cancer cell lines. Methods The inhibitory effects of protein phosphatase inhibitors on the proliferation of 6 small cell lung cancer and 7 non-small cell lung cancer cell lines were detected.
