为获取准确的3K型行星齿轮传动系统轮对啮合力和齿轮传递转矩。基于3K型行星齿轮传动系统拓扑结构分析,建立平移-扭转耦合动力学模型;分析各构件间相对位移关系,确定动力学数学模型。以某3K型行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象在LMS Virtual.Lab Motion平台上进行实例仿真分析;验证平移-扭转耦合动力学模型和仿真方法的合理性;仿真结果为进一步研究系统的疲劳、振动、噪声提供动态输入。
To obtain accurate 3K planetary gear system wheel meshing force and gear transmission torque. Based on the analysis of topological structure of 3K planetary gear drive system, the translational-torsional coupling dynamics model is established. The relative displacement between the components is analyzed to determine the dynamic mathematical model. Taking a 3K planetary gear drive system as the research object, the simulation analysis was carried out on the LMS Virtual.Lab Motion platform to verify the rationality of the translational-torsional coupling dynamics model and the simulation method. The simulation results were used to further study the fatigue, vibration, Noise provides dynamic input.
