含Al1%的高碳W_6M_(05)Cr_4V_2Al型高速钢是我国研制成功的高性能高速钢。对该钢的强化机理和组织状态等已经作了一些研究工作。本研究工作是在上述工作的基础上,使用电子显微镜及用于多相、多晶分析的复杂重叠衍射花样分析方法,对与该钢的使用性能有直接系关的回火组织的相组成及各相之间的晶体学关系作进一步分析。分析表明:1、在该钢孪晶马氏体集中分布区的回火组织中,相组成为:回火马氏体的α—Fe相基体,弥散的MC型碳化物及少量的残留奥氏体。2、该钢的回火马氏体α—Fe相基体和残留奥氏体之间的晶体学关系为:
Al1% high carbon W_6M_ (05) Cr_4V_2Al HSS is a high performance high speed steel developed successfully in China.
