心血管造影是检查心脏、大血管、脑、肝动脉血管病变和异常以及血流分布情况的重要方法。在快速换片机的配合下,通过导管向心脏或心血管注入造影剂,应用X线机进行连续摄片,即可获得血流动态功能的X线图象,供临床诊断分析用。近年来,国外快速换片机发展较快,一般都与1000毫安X线机配套出售,价格昂贵,有的还必须使用特种胶片,不宜推广。已有的国产换片机换片速度为每秒2～3张,不能满足临床需要。
