目的:采用多指标综合评分法优选戊己丸提取工艺,为戊己丸的生产工艺提供技术参数。方法:采用正交试验法,以出膏率、总生物碱、芍药苷、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量为评价指标,通过综合评分优选戊己丸的提取工艺。结果:提取次数对试验结果有极显著意义,乙醇倍量对试验结果有显著意义,乙醇体积分数和提取时间则无显著意义,综合考察各因素的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为A3B3C3D1,即80%乙醇,10倍量,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:本试验方法稳定可靠,对戊己丸的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Wuji pills by multi-index comprehensive score method and to provide technical parameters for the production process of Wuji pills. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to evaluate the extraction rate of ointment, total alkaloids, paeoniflorin, evodiamine and rutaecarpine. Results: The extraction times were of great significance to the test results. Ethanol times had significant effects on the test results. Ethanol volume fraction and extraction time were of no significance. Comprehensively considering the influence of various factors, the optimum process conditions were determined as A3B3C3D1 % Ethanol, 10 times the amount of extraction 3 times, each 1 h. Conclusion: The test method is stable and reliable, which has some guidance and reference significance for the production technology of Wuji Wan.
