企业的人力资源管理可以被视为企业获得长远发展并取得成功的关键所在,且因此而被社会广泛重视与关注。当下,作为我国经济特殊群体的中小企业,在人力资源管理方面仍旧存在一定不足,且已开始对中小企业的迅速发展造成了阻碍。中小企业如要实现持续发展,在激烈的市场竞争中占据和保持优势地位,就必须要从自身条件出发,解决人力资源管理的关键问题,积极采取高效管理策略,为企业的长远和健康发展创作条件。
Enterprise human resource management can be regarded as the key to the long-term development and success of the enterprise, and therefore has been widely valued by the community and attention. At present, SMEs, as special economic groups in our country, still have some deficiencies in human resources management and have begun to hinder the rapid development of SMEs. If SMEs need to achieve sustainable development and occupy and maintain their dominant position in the fierce market competition, they must start from their own conditions to solve the key problems of human resource management and actively adopt effective management strategies to create long-term and healthy development for the enterprise condition.
