目的了解上海市长宁区淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、残杀威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性现状。方法采用WHO推荐使用的浸渍法。结果野外淡色库蚊对残杀威敏感,抗性倍数为1.84,对敌敌畏和高效氯氰菊酯产生中抗,抗性倍数分别为13.84、10.17,对溴氰菊酯产生高抗,抗性倍数为148.85。结论杀虫剂的长期大量使用使蚊虫抗性明显提高,增大了蚊虫防治难度。应加强蚊虫抗药性的监测,并根据具体情况,采用适宜的防蚊方法,科学合理地使用杀虫剂,预防与减缓杀虫剂抗性的产生和发展。
Objective To investigate the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens in Changning district of Shanghai to dichlorvos, propoxur, deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin. Methods The WHO recommended dipping method. Results The wild Culex pipiens pallens were susceptible to propoxur, with a resistance multiple of 1.84 and moderate resistance to dichlorvos and beta - cypermethrin. The resistance multiples were 13.84 and 10.17, respectively, and were highly resistant to deltamethrin with a resistance multiple of 148.85. Conclusion The long-term mass use of insecticides has significantly increased mosquito resistance and increased the difficulty of mosquito control. Mosquito resistance monitoring should be strengthened, and according to specific conditions, the use of appropriate anti-mosquito methods, the use of pesticides scientifically and rationally to prevent and slow down the emergence and development of pesticide resistance.
