目的:探讨HIF-1α、VEGF、P53对老年宫颈癌局部浸润的作用。方法:应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法对比检测老年宫颈鳞状细胞原位癌30例、微小浸润癌34例、浸润癌36例中HIF-1α、VEGF、P53的表达。结果:HIF-1α在原位癌中的表达率明显低于微小浸润癌、浸润癌(P<0.05和P<0.001),微小浸润癌、浸润癌中表达率无明显差别(P>0.05);VEGF在原位癌中的表达率明显低于微小浸润癌和浸润癌(P<0.05和P<0.001),微小浸润癌中表达率明显低于浸润癌(P<0.05);P53在原位癌中的阳性表达率均明显低于微小浸润癌和浸润癌中的表达率(P<0.05和P<0.05),微小浸润癌中的阳性表达率与浸润癌无明显差别(P>0.05)。HIF-1α与VEGF阳性表达之间在微小浸润癌、浸润癌中存在密切相关(r=0.8737,P<0.01和r=0.7957,P<0.01)。HIF-1α、P53与宫颈癌的微小浸润密切相关,VEGF与宫颈癌浸润的全过程密切相关。结论:HIF-1α、VEGF、P53都与老年宫颈癌局部浸润相关,其中HIF-1α、P53在局部浸润始动阶段发挥重要作用,VEGF在浸润全过程都发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 on local infiltration of cervical cancer in the elderly. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 in 30 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in situ, 34 cases of micro-invasive carcinoma and 36 cases of invasive carcinoma were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of HIF - 1α expression in carcinoma in situ was significantly lower than that in minimally invasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma (P <0.05 and P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the expression of HIF - 1α among minimally invasive and invasive carcinoma (P> 0.05). The expression of VEGF in carcinoma in situ was significantly lower than that in minimal invasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma (P <0.05 and P <0.001), and the expression rate of VEGF in invasive carcinoma was significantly lower than that in invasive carcinoma (P <0.05) (P <0.05 and P <0.05). The positive expression rate in MCC was not significantly different from that in invasive carcinoma (P> 0.05). There was a close relationship between HIF-1α and VEGF expression in micro-invasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma (r = 0.8737, P <0.01 and r = 0.7957, P <0.01). HIF-1α, P53 and microinvasive invasion of cervical cancer are closely related, VEGF and cervical cancer is closely related to the whole process of infiltration. CONCLUSION: HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 are both involved in the local infiltration of cervical cancer in elderly patients. HIF-1α and P53 play an important role in the initiation of local invasion. VEGF plays an important role in the whole process of infiltration.
