取孕 1 3~ 1 4d小鼠的子宫腺细胞区 ,经细胞分离和蛋白提取获得颗粒子宫腺细胞 (GMG细胞 )中的活性蛋白。将注入活性蛋白的 1 0只孕 3d小鼠作为实验组 ;对照组 1 0只小鼠给予PBS。注射后 5d取子宫观察胚胎着床情况并计算孕胚数。结果 :实验组有 9只可见胚胎 ,胚胎数为 1 1 2个 ;对照组有 7只可见胚胎 ,胚胎数为 87个。提示 :GMG细胞中的活性蛋白对胚泡着床可能有一定促进作用
The uterine gland cells of the fetus from 14 to 14 days were taken and the active protein in granulocyte glandular cells (GMG cells) was obtained by cell separation and protein extraction. 10 pregnant mice injected with active protein were used as the experimental group; 10 mice in the control group were given PBS. The uterus was taken 5 days after injection to observe the embryo implantation and to calculate the number of embryos. Results: There were 9 embryos in the experimental group with 112 embryos. In the control group, 7 embryos were visible and the number of embryos was 87. Tip: GMG cells in the active protein blastocyst implantation may have some role in promoting
