一、概述在炼油厂中,大量使用电动机泵。据统计,在一个250万吨/年的燃料型炼厂中,电动机泵总台数约300—400台。在500万吨/年的燃料型炼厂中,电动机泵达700台。运转的机泵台数约占总数的47—53％。这些机泵的耗电量,约占炼厂总用电量的90％以上。因而,分析研究这些电动机泵的运行状况,提高运行效率.对节省炼厂的电力消耗,从而降低炼油总能耗,有着十分重要的意义。
I. Overview In the refinery, a large number of motor pumps are used. According to statistics, in a 2.5 million-ton/year fuel refinery, the total number of motor pumps is approximately 300-400 units. In the 5 million tons/year fuel refinery, there are 700 motor pumps. The number of operating pump units accounted for 47-53% of the total. The power consumption of these pumps accounts for more than 90% of the total power consumption of the refinery. Therefore, the analysis and study of the operating conditions of these motor pumps to improve the operating efficiency. To save the power consumption of refineries, thus reducing the total energy consumption of refining, is of great significance.
