目的了解易县学龄儿童碘营养状况,为今后碘缺乏病防治提供科学指导。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取部分学龄儿童,对其进行甲状腺肿调查、尿碘监测和碘盐监测。并依据国家碘缺乏病消除标准和《碘缺乏病及其消除的评估指南》进行评估。结果儿童甲肿率由1993年的23.40%降到2011年的3.87%,降低了19.53个百分点。儿童尿碘中位数由1993年的88.23μg/L升高到2011年的204.12μg/L,提高了115.89μg/L。合格碘盐食用率由1993年的33.17%提高到2011年的98.14%,提高了64.97个百分点。结论易县儿童碘营养自1995年至2011年连续17年保持在供应充足状态。今后应继续加强碘营养的监测及防治工作。
Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition in school-age children in Yixian County and to provide scientific guidance for the future prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Stratified stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select some of the school-age children to conduct goiter survey, urinary iodine monitoring and iodized salt monitoring. The assessment was based on the national elimination criteria for iodine deficiency disorders and the Assessment Guidelines for Iodine Deficiency Disorders and Their Elimination. Results The rate of children’s goiter was reduced from 23.40% in 1993 to 3.87% in 2011, a decrease of 19.53%. The median urinary iodine in children increased from 88.23μg / L in 1993 to 204.12μg / L in 2011, an increase of 115.89μg / L. The consumption of qualified iodized salt increased from 33.17% in 1993 to 98.14% in 2011, an increase of 64.97 percentage points. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of children in Yixian maintained a sufficient supply for 17 consecutive years from 1995 to 2011. The future should continue to strengthen the monitoring of iodine nutrition and prevention and control work.
