一、铸造生产中的能量消耗在机械工业中,铸造生产是耗能较多的部门。据统计,每个铸造人员消耗的能量平均为金属加工人员的3~5倍。因此,研究铸造节能是有着重要意义的。1.铸造总耗能我国铸造耗能占全国总耗能的百分之零点六五,占工业耗能的百分之零点九四。机械工业耗能占全国总耗能的百分之四点八,铸造耗能占机械工业耗能的百分之十三点六。可见铸造耗能所占比例不小,节能的潜力也较大。
