本研究的目的是评价64层CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA)对疑似冠心病(CAD)病人主要心脏事件的预期价值。共有187例无心脏病史的临床疑似CAD病人[男性119例,年龄(62.5±10.5)岁]应用单源64层CT(Somatom Sensation64,Siemens)行冠状动脉成像检查,187例为连续病例。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the expected value of 64-slice CT coronary angiography (CTCA) for major cardiac events in patients with suspected coronary heart disease (CAD). A total of 187 clinically suspected CAD patients without a history of heart disease (119 males and 62.5 ± 10.5 years of age) underwent coronary angiography with single-source 64-slice CT (Siemens) and 187 consecutive patients.
