开卷机和卷取机电动机需要具备宽广的调速范围和较高的过载倍数,与其匹配的变频器也必须满足调速和过载要求。为了对变频器进行合理的配置,需对由开卷、卷取机电动机和变频器组成的传动系统的能力进行最优化分析。作者利用电机学原理分析了交流调速电动机过载的实现方案,结合生产工艺对电动机的要求,提出开卷机和卷取机变频器最优化配置方法,以在实际工程中对开卷机和卷取机传统系统进行合理、有效和经济的配置。
Uncoiler and coiler motor needs to have a broad speed range and high overload factor, matching its frequency converter must also meet the speed and overload requirements. In order to configure the frequency converter properly, the ability of the drive system consisting of unwinding, coiler motor and frequency converter needs to be optimized. Based on the principle of electromotor, the author analyzes the realization scheme of AC speed regulation motor overload. According to the requirement of motor in the production process, this paper puts forward the optimal disposition method of uncoiler and coiler inverter. In the actual project, Traditional systems are reasonably, efficiently and economically configured.
