目的探讨早孕妇女流产出血的原因、诊断和处理。方法选择2001年10月至2006年10月因流产出血收入本站早孕妇女97例。结果流产出血的原因中不全流产是最主要原因,其次是生殖道畸形和异位妊娠。结论根据不同的流产原因,应采取更有效的止血方法,以减轻患者的痛苦,降低死亡率,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the causes, diagnosis and treatment of abortion bleeding in early pregnant women. Methods From October 2001 to October 2006 97 cases of early pregnancy women were included in this site due to miscarriage. Results The causes of abortion bleeding incomplete abortion is the main reason, followed by genital tract deformity and ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion According to different causes of abortion, more effective hemostasis should be taken to reduce the patient’s pain, reduce mortality and reduce complications.
