引言对于超软 X 光源辐射强度的绝对测量,由于缺乏稳定的光源标准而难于进行。通常,只能用同步辐射或用其标定过的探测器进行测量。致使测量受到极大的限制。特别对于一些准确度要求不高的测量,更感不便。利用超软 X 射线正比计数管测量超软 X 光源的绝对辐射强度是初次尝试。由于正比计数管具有良好的能谱分辨率,故对于较粗略的测量,可不用单色仪
INTRODUCTION The absolute measurement of the radiant intensity of an ultra-soft X-ray source is difficult to perform due to the lack of a stable light source standard. Normally, measurements can only be made with synchrotron radiation or with a detector calibrated by it. As a result, the measurement is greatly limited. Especially for some less demanding measurement accuracy, even more inconvenience.
