动脉粥样硬化(AS)是当今社会发病率最高、危害最大的疾病之一,发病机理复杂。笔者认为,从中医角度AS的发生存在着“肝郁气滞,瘀血内停”的病理机制,提出用疏肝活血法治疗AS,并用于动物实验。为了进一步探讨疏肝活血方(暂名)的作用机理,本文从细胞生物学的分子水平对家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)进行体外培养,观察疏肝活血方对SMC膜流动性的影响。
Atherosclerosis (AS) is one of the most common and most endangered diseases in society today, and its pathogenesis is complex. The author believes that the occurrence of AS from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine has the pathological mechanism of “stagnation of liver stagnation, stagnation of blood stasis and blood stasis”. It is proposed that AS should be treated with Shugan Huoxue method and be used in animal experiments. In order to further explore the mechanism of action of Shugan Huoxue Fang (tentative name), the rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) were cultured in vitro from the molecular level of cell biology to observe the effect of Shugan Huoxue Fang on SMC membrane fluidity.
