目的了解泉惠石化园区医学媒介生物的分布及其影响因素,为泉惠石化园区蚊类生物防控提供科学依据,为预防媒介生物通过口岸传入和传出提出建议。方法按照中国出入境检验检疫行业标准制定蚊类的监测方法,并于2013年8月-2014年7月对泉惠园区的3个石化港区进行监测,每月1次,连续监测1年。结果2013年8月-2014年7月共捕获成蚊64只,成蚊平均密度为1.78只/灯·h,经种属分类鉴定隶属于1科2属2种,以致倦库蚊为优势种,占成蚊总数87.50%。结论本次监测结果符合入出境检验检疫蚊类控制标准规定的工作场所白天诱蚊蚊密度小于2只/人工·h的标准。但夏季蚊类活动频繁,应加大此季节的灭蚊工作。
Objective To understand the distribution and influential factors of medical vector organisms in Quanhui Petrochemical Park and provide scientific basis for biological control of mosquitoes in Quanhui Petrochemical Park and to provide suggestions for prevention of vector organisms from passing through the ports. Methods The mosquito monitoring method was established in accordance with China’s entry / exit inspection and quarantine standards. The three petrochemical harbor areas in Quanhui Park were monitored from August 2013 to July 2014 and monitored for 1 year once a month. Results A total of 64 adult mosquitoes were collected from August 2013 to July 2014. The average density of adult mosquitoes was 1.78 / lamp · h. Two species belonging to 1 genera and 2 genera were identified by species classification, and Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant species , Accounting for 87.50% of the total number of adult mosquitoes. Conclusion This monitoring result accords with the standard that the mosquito density of the mosquito in the workplace is less than 2 / man / h in the workplace regulated by the entry and exit inspection and quarantine mosquito control standards. However, frequent mosquito activities in summer should be intensified this season’s anti-mosquito work.
