以UNIQUAC方程为液液相平衡模型,采用微机模拟计算与实验相结合的方法,考察了以丙三醇为萃取剂,萃取分离二乙氧基甲烷、乙醇二元混合物的结果。结果表明,在萃取溶剂与原料质量比为1.5时,经过两级错流萃取,所得萃余相中DEM质量含量可达98%以上,DEM回收率可达97.5%以上,这为以后工业萃取流程及装置的设计提供了依据。
Taking UNIQUAC equation as liquid-liquid equilibrium model and computer simulation calculation as experimental method, the results of extraction and separation of binary mixtures of diethoxymethane and ethanol with glycerol as extractant were investigated. The results showed that when the mass ratio of solvent to raw material was 1.5, the mass fraction of DEM in the obtained raffinate phase could reach more than 98% and the DEM recovery rate could reach 97.5% after two-stage cross-flow extraction.
