气象条件对鲜叶生化成分变化影响的初步研究

茶树起源于我国西南森林地带,长期的环境驯化作用,使之对环境条件具有特殊要求。气象条件是茶树生长发育的重要环境条件之一,它的变化不仅直接影响茶树体内的物质代谢,而且对于茶园土壤的理化状况也有深刻的影响,从而导致鲜叶各种内含物在数量和比例上的明显差异。研究和了解气象条件对茶树生化成分的影响,对于茶叶优质、高产具有积极作用。气象条件与茶叶内含物质的关系相当复杂,要弄清这种关系比较困难。本文应用有关因子观察资料,对气象条件与茶叶主要生化成分含量变化的关系作了初步研究。 Tea tree originated in China’s southwestern forest areas, long-term environmental domestication, so that the environmental conditions have special requirements. Meteorological conditions are one of the important environmental conditions for the growth and development of tea trees. Its changes not only directly affect the metabolism of tea plants, but also have a profound impact on the physical and chemical conditions of the tea garden soil, resulting in the quantity and proportion On the obvious difference. Studying and understanding the influence of meteorological conditions on the biochemical composition of tea tree has a positive effect on the quality and yield of tea. Meteorological conditions and the content of tea is quite complex, to clarify this relationship is more difficult. In this paper, the use of relevant factors observed data on the meteorological conditions and the main chemical and biological changes in the content of tea made a preliminary study.
