以盆栽玫瑰(Rosa rugosa)实生苗为试材,研究土壤容重对玫瑰幼苗根构型及根系活力的影响。结果表明,玫瑰幼苗生长指标及生物量在不同土壤容重下的大小顺序为:1.30g·cm-3处理>1.50g·cm-3处理>1.10g·cm-3处理;根冠比随土壤容重的增加而下降,1.50g·cm-3处理根冠比下降显著。土壤容重的增加抑制地下部的生长,表现为根系长度、侧根数量、主根直径等均随土壤容重的增加而降低,根系平均直径和总面积有所增加;根系活力以1.30g·cm-3处理的最高,1.50g·cm-3处理最低。试验结果表明土壤容重显著影响玫瑰的生长发育,进而影响植株对养分的吸收和利用。容重1.30g·cm-3的土壤容重较适宜于玫瑰的生长。
The effects of soil bulk density on the root architecture and root vigor of rose seedlings were studied with the seedlings of Rosa rugosa. The results showed that the order of growth index and biomass of rose seedling under different soil bulk density was as follows: 1.30g · cm-3 treatment> 1.50g · cm-3 treatment> 1.10g · cm-3; The root-shoot ratio of 1.50g · cm-3 decreased significantly. The increase of soil bulk density suppresses the growth of underground parts. The root length, lateral root number and main root diameter all decrease with the increase of soil bulk density, while the root mean diameter and total area increase. The root activity is 1.30 g · cm-3 The highest, 1.50g · cm-3 treatment lowest. The test results showed that soil bulk density significantly affected the growth and development of roses and further affected plant nutrient uptake and utilization. The bulk density of 1.30g · cm-3 soil is more suitable for the growth of roses.
