乡村振兴背景下农村实用人才队伍建设路径研究

实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,而农村实用人才队伍建设则是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。尤其在农业机械化、现代化发展进程逐年推进的宏观背景下,农村实用人才在践行“科技兴农、科技强农”理论时,扮演着不可替代的角色。但是,近年来,随着农村人口的大量流失,加之人才培育机制的欠缺,导致农村实用人才队伍建设工作举步维艰。因此,如何依托于国家的利好政策,建设一支经验多、素质高、技术强的实用人才队伍,已经成为乡村振兴背景下各项工作的重中之重。
