使用有效生物制品以提高易感者机体免疫力,可以有效地控制和消除相应传染病。因此,预防接种后监测一个地区传染病发生情况,可作为评价计划免疫工作质量的一个可靠指标,1984年5~12月我们参照世界卫生组织(WHO)扩大免疫规划(EPI)按容量比例的概率抽样方法,通过培训抽查了我省71个市、县的2130个抽样单位(城市为居委会街道、农村为区级乡村),12~24个月龄儿童14,863名,进行卡介苗(BCG)、脊髓灰质炎活疫苗(OPV)、麻疹活疫苗(MV)、百白破三联混合剂(DPT)、(简称为“四苗”一下同)考核调查,现报告如下。
