针对一体式浸渍管真空槽结构,采用现场测试和有限元法对精炼过程真空槽时域温度场变化规律进行了研究,并与现有分体式浸渍管真空槽的热力状态进行了对比分析。结果表明:一体式浸渍管真空槽的时域温度场变化仿真结果与现场测试数据吻合较好。一体式浸渍管真空槽在处理位一个操作周期内,真空槽上部温度趋于稳态;真空槽下部温度先增大后减小,在精炼结束时最高,在线待机结束时最低;一体式浸渍管真空槽在线待机结束时的热力条件满足生产需求,该设备在两次精炼处理之间可以不进行在线烘烤操作;一体式浸渍管真空槽与分体式浸渍管真空槽在精炼结束时的热力状态基本一致,表明一体式浸渍管真空槽结构是可靠的。
