目的对防风多糖(SPS)进行硫酸酯化修饰,并研究其抗氧化活性。方法用三氧化硫-吡啶法对防风多糖进行硫酸酯化修饰得到硫酸酯化防风多糖(S-SPS),利用紫外、红外分析手段对S-SPS进行鉴定,通过气相色谱方法研究其单糖组成,并在体外化学模拟条件下,研究SPS和S-SPS的总还原能力以及对超氧阴离子(O2÷)、羟基自由基(.OH)的清除作用。结果SPS和S-SPS均由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,S-SPS的抗氧化活性明显好于SPS。结论硫酸酯化可以改善防风多糖的水溶性,提高其抗氧化活性,是防风多糖分子修饰的一种好方法。
Objective To purify sulfated polysaccharide (SPS) and study its antioxidant activity. Methods Sulfate-modified polysaccharides (S-SPS) were prepared by sulfuric acid esterification of the polysaccharides with sulfur trioxide-pyridine method. S-SPS was identified by means of ultraviolet and infrared analysis. The monosaccharide composition was studied by gas chromatography. , And under the in vitro chemical simulation conditions, the total reduction ability of SPS and S-SPS and the scavenging effect on superoxide anion (O2÷) and hydroxyl radical (.OH) were studied. Results Both SPS and S-SPS consisted of rhamnose, arabinose, mannose, glucose and galactose. The antioxidant activity of S-SPS was significantly better than that of SPS. Conclusion Sulfate esterification can improve the water-solubility of wind-proof polysaccharides and increase their antioxidant activity. It is a good method for the modification of polysaccharides of wind-breaking polysaccharides.
