本研究的目的是在室内和田间评价不同王米品系的花丝对亚洲玉米螟[Ostriniafurnacalis(Guenee)]幼虫的抗性,以筛选抗源。1985年在室内评价了405份玉米自交系和品种。取食寿昌80日花丝的幼虫虫体重最轻,平均每头为0.7mg,HE-1为1.2mg,Za-palore Chico 2451为1.4mg,而感虫对照平均每头为7.8mg。最低的矫正存活率是ZC2451为28.3%,寿昌80日为46.9%,凤城白头霜为53.6%。1986年在室内共评价了235份玉米自交系,幼虫体重最轻者是A77.3,平均为1.4mg,5005为2.3mg,ms72为3.2mg,而感虫对照则为12.0mg。矫正幼虫存活率A77-3为33.1%,5005为32.4%,ms72为41.6%。 我们发现在田间条件下,以抗性玉米品系花丝为食的幼虫其发育受到较强的抑制,同时存活率也往往较低。这些结果表明,以取食寿昌80日花丝的幼虫体重最轻,为平均每头1.5mg,矫正存活率为20.2%,ZC2451为3.1mg和33.2%,感虫对照则为7.4mg和100%;凤城白头霜平均虫体重为2.0mg,矫正存活率为46.7%,晋穗24为2.9mg和59.6%,而感虫对照为5.1mg和100%。采用室内筛选和田间抗性鉴定相结合的方法可加快进度。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the resistance of silkworms of different rice varieties to Ostriniafurnacalis (Guenee) larvae both indoors and in the field to screen for resistance. In 1985, 405 maize inbred lines and varieties were evaluated indoors. Larval worms fed on the 80th day of Shouchang had the lightest weight with an average of 0.7 mg per head, HE-1 1.2 mg, and Za-palore Chico 2451 1.4 mg, whereas the susceptible controls averaged 7.8 mg per head. The lowest corrected survival rate was 28.3% for ZC2451, 46.9% for Shouchang 80 days and 53.6% for Fengcheng Baishouban. A total of 235 maize inbred lines were evaluated indoors in 1986, with the weakest of larvae being A77.3 with an average of 1.4 mg, 5005 at 2.3 mg, ms72 at 3.2 mg, and susceptible controls at 12.0 mg. The corrected larval survival rates were 33.1% for A77-3, 32.4% for 5005, and 41.6% for ms72. We found that under field conditions, the larvae fed on the resistant maize florets were strongly inhibited in their development and their survival rates were also often low. These results indicate that the larvae fed on the 80th filament of Shouchang had the lightest weight with an average of 1.5 mg per head, a corrected survival rate of 20.2%, ZC2451 of 3.1 mg and 33.2%, and susceptible controls of 7.4 mg and 100% ; Fengcheng Baishou cream average body weight of 2.0mg, corrected survival rate of 46.7%, Jin Sui 24 to 2.9mg and 59.6%, while the susceptible control was 5.1mg and 100%. The use of a combination of in-house screening and field resistance testing can speed up the process.
