先进焊接方法的引进可视为对传统铆接工艺的一个替代方法,在生产中它可以减少制作成本并且减轻结构重量。然而,焊接过程会导致残余应力的产生和构件的扭转,以及焊接连接件的局部失效。本文旨在确定摩擦焊接组装方法对于加劲板强度性能的影响作用。通过试验验证的有限元分析证实,焊接导致的残余应力有很重要的影响,破坏行为及影响量级没有板的初始屈曲行为敏感。
The introduction of advanced welding methods can be seen as an alternative to traditional riveting processes, which reduce manufacturing costs and reduce structural weight in production. However, the welding process can lead to the generation of residual stresses and the torsion of the components as well as the local failure of the welded connections. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the friction welding assembly method on the strength properties of stiffened plates. The experimental verification of the finite element analysis confirmed that welding caused by the residual stress has a very important impact on the magnitude of the failure and the impact of the initial plate bending behavior is not sensitive.
