本文分析了闭环供应链治理相关理论;针对闭环供应链的回收渠道的交易特征提出闭环供应链回收渠道的双边治理结构和“三位一体”治理系统,讨论了闭环供应链中各种回收渠道模式下的零售价、批发价、回收价、各方利润的最优值,并对不同模式进行比较,得出各种模式下的较优的选择,并分析各种模式可能存在脆弱性因素,提出治理策略,最后通过国美电器案例,提出分销渠道契约治理和回收渠道中形成战略联盟的治理策略。
This article analyzes the related theories of closed-loop supply chain governance; proposes the bilateral governance structure and the “trinity” governance system of closed-loop supply chain recycling channels for the transaction characteristics of closed-loop supply chain recycling channels, and discusses various recycling channel models in closed-loop supply chain. The retail price, the wholesale price, the recycling price, and the optimal value of the profits of the parties, and compare the different models to obtain better choices under various modes, and analyze the possible vulnerability of various models. Governance strategy, finally through the case of Gome, put forward the governance strategy of the formation of strategic alliances in the contractual governance and recovery channels of distribution channels.
