网络环境下,信息流量极大、流速极快,数字化的版权作品形态呈现多样性及碎片化,这一切使得既存的版权许可、版税收取与支付等保障机制已经捉襟见肘,版权管理的方式急待创新。作为著作权集体管理组织,美国版权结算中心与时俱进,为版权权利人及利用人不断推出定制化版权保护与商业利用解决方案,以保证内容作品的顺畅流通,满足适用,促使权利人利益的最大化。有鉴于此,我国著作权集体管理组织需要调整运作模式,为权利人与使用者提供便捷、高效的服务;版权权利人需要改变权利保护与开发观念,借助著作权集体管理组织达到利益最大化。

The diversity and fragmentation of digitized copyright works are all forms, and the existing guarantee mechanisms such as copyright licensing, royalties collection and payment have been hard-pressed and the way of copyright management urgently needs innovation . As a copyright collective management organization, the U.S. Copyright Clearance Center keeps pace with the times and constantly offers customized copyrights protection and commercial use solutions for copyright owners and users in order to ensure the smooth circulation of content works, to meet the requirements and to promote the interests of right holders maximize. In view of this, the copyright collective management organizations in our country need to adjust the mode of operation to provide convenient and efficient services for right owners and users. Copyright owners need to change the concept of rights protection and development, and maximize the benefits through collective management of copyright.
