空军航空机务保障能力是空军战斗力的重要标准,通过改革大力提升保障的效益是装备工作的重要方面。在建立了飞行团保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,结合实际需要,使用了模糊物元的方法,有效地掌握了保障能力的大小。结合某团保障模式改革的案例,采用上述方法,对改革试点前后的保障能力进行了分析研究,准确掌握了保障能力的发展规律。
The Air Force’s aviation maintenance capability is an important criterion for the combat effectiveness of the Air Force. To greatly enhance the effectiveness of security through reform is an important aspect of the equipment work. On the basis of setting up an indicator system for the evaluation of the security capability of the pilots, this paper uses the method of fuzzy matter element to effectively grasp the size of the guarantee capability. Combined with the reform of a group of security model cases, the use of the above methods before and after the reform pilot security capabilities were analyzed and studied accurately grasp the development of security capabilities.
