建立室内沙疗室,对沙体利用辐射热源和地暖进行双面加热,并在不同深度处安置温度传感器记录温度数据。利用Fluent软件,采用DO辐射模型、能量方程以及紊流模型,应用有限体积法计算了沙疗室内气固耦合传热问题,模拟了沙体温度场的变化。结果表明室内沙疗室可以达到维医沙疗需要的温度和环境,且数值模拟和实验中的沙体温度场变化规律吻合,可以为室内沙疗系统的设计和推广提供理论依据和实践指导。
Establish an indoor sand treatment room, use double-sided heating of the sand body with radiant heat source and floor heating, and place the temperature sensor to record the temperature data at different depths. Using Fluent software and DO radiation model, energy equation and turbulence model, the finite volume method was used to calculate the gas-solid coupling heat transfer in sand treatment room, and the variation of temperature field in sand body was simulated. The results show that the indoor sand therapy room can reach the temperature and environment required for the medical treatment of sand and sand. The numerical simulation and the experiment of sand body temperature field are in good agreement with each other, which can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and promotion of indoor sand therapy system.
