社会主义市场经济体制的建立,给我国国有医院的财会工作提出了新的要求。市场经济要求扩展医院财会工作的职能,这又进一步要求医院的财会人员必须具有较高的素质,具有较宽的知识面,并且应有相应的数量保证。 为了了解医院现有财会人员的状况,我们对辽宁省部分城市国有大中型医院进行了调查,并在调查分析的基础上,对今后医院如何适应市场经济的要求,加强财会队伍建设等问题,提出了一些参考性建议。
The establishment of a socialist market economic system has set new requirements for the financial work of state-owned hospitals in China. The market economy requires the expansion of the functions of the hospital’s accounting work. This further requires that the hospital’s accounting personnel must have high quality, have a wide range of knowledge, and should have a corresponding quantitative guarantee. In order to understand the current status of financial staff in hospitals, we conducted investigations on state-owned large and medium-sized hospitals in some cities in Liaoning Province, and based on the investigation and analysis, we put forward questions on how hospitals can adapt to market economy requirements and strengthen the construction of accounting teams.
