在刺梨盛花期喷布GA,其研究结果表明:盛花期喷布GA330×10-6、60×10-6、90×10-6能增大刺梨的果形指数和果实皮刺长度。喷布GA360×10、90×10-6均能显著地提高刺梨的座果率、单果重和产量,增加果实中Vc含量,减少果实中的种子数量和可溶性总糖含量,同时也提高了畸形果百分率。喷布GA3的上述3个处理对刺梨果实中的还原糖和总酸含量均未产生显著影响。
The results showed that spraying GA330 × 10-6, 60 × 10-6 and 90 × 10-6 in full flowering stage increased the fruit shape index and fruit prickle length of prickly pear. Spraying GA360 × 10, 90 × 10-6 can significantly improve the fruit setting rate, fruit weight and yield, increase the Vc content in the fruit, reduce the number of seeds in the fruit and the total soluble sugar content, but also increased Malformations percentage. The above three treatments of spraying GA3 had no significant effect on the reducing sugar and the total acid content of the Rizuki fruits.
