目的:探讨白细胞介素11受体(IL-11R)在肿瘤细胞中表达的差异性及其在肿瘤靶向性治疗中的可能意义,为肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点。方法:采用蛋白质免疫印迹的方法检测IL-11R在肝癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌以及正常乳腺上皮细胞中的表达,并对其进行量化分析。结果:IL-11R在正常乳腺上皮细胞中表达极少,然而在肝癌细胞、前列腺癌细胞、乳腺癌细胞、卵巢癌细胞和宫颈癌细胞中的表达显著增多。结论:在肿瘤细胞中高表达的IL-11R,有望为肿瘤的治疗提供一个新的靶点。
Objective: To investigate the difference of expression of interleukin-11 receptor (IL-11R) in tumor cells and its possible significance in tumor targeted therapy, and to provide a new target for tumor therapy. Methods: Western blotting was used to detect the expression of IL-11R in hepatocellular carcinoma, prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and normal breast epithelial cells, and quantified. Results: IL-11R was rarely expressed in normal mammary epithelial cells, however, the expression of IL-11R in hepatoma cells, prostate cancer cells, breast cancer cells, ovarian cancer cells and cervical cancer cells was significantly increased. Conclusion: The high expression of IL-11R in tumor cells is expected to provide a new target for the treatment of cancer.
