体验经济时代的到来,使得旅游业发生了翻天覆地的变化。体验经济时代的旅游消费者具有自主参与和文化、环保意识增强、消费需求情感化和个性化等特点。面对体验经济时代的新型旅游消费,旅游业应努力创新,开发体验式旅游产品。本文以森林旅游为例,以游客体验为核心,从理论上探讨了森林旅游体验式产品的特征,以及设计的原则和角度。
The advent of the era of economic experience, making the tourism industry has undergone enormous changes. Tourism consumers in the experience economy era have the characteristics of independent participation and culture, enhanced environmental awareness, emotionalization and individualization of consumer demand. In the face of the new tourism consumption in the era of experiential economy, the tourism industry should strive to innovate and develop experiential tourism products. Taking the forest tourism as an example, this paper takes the tourist experience as the core, and discusses the characteristics of the forest tourism experiential products theoretically and the principles and perspectives of the design.
