在全面考虑了轴承零件工作表面几何误差的基础上,建立了球轴承测振状态下的振动力学模型。对工艺误差引起轴承振动的频率与幅值特性进行了深入的研究,得到了一些对控制轴承振动有一定指导意义的结论。
Based on the comprehensive consideration of the geometric errors of working surfaces of bearing components, the vibration mechanical model of ball bearings under vibration measurement is established. The frequency and amplitude characteristics of the bearing vibration caused by the process error are studied in depth, and some conclusions about the bearing vibration control are obtained.
