用大黄复制的小鼠脾虚模型,观察了脾虚小鼠免疫状态和肿瘤转移之间的关系。实验发现,脾虚小鼠的肺表面转移瘤明显多于对照组。ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应,碳粒廓清速率均明显下降,脾脏和胸腺也明显萎缩。而抗体生成明显多于对照组。用扶正方药四君子汤(红参、甘草、茯苓、白术)治疗,可使萎缩的脾脏和胸腺恢复到正常水平,并能增强ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应,显著抑制肿瘤的肺转移。本文提示,脾虚小鼠肿瘤肺转移增加与宿主免疫状态有密切关系。
The relationship between immune status and tumor metastasis in spleen-deficient mice was observed using a spleen-deficiency model in mice replicated with rhubarb. The experiment found that lung metastases in spleen deficiency mice were significantly more than those in the control group. The ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation reaction, the rate of clearance of carbon particles were all significantly decreased, and the spleen and thymus were also significantly reduced. The antibody production was significantly more than the control group. Treatment with Fuzheng Fangzi Sijunzi Decoction (red ginseng, licorice root, Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala) restored the atrophic spleen and thymus to normal levels, enhanced ConA-induced lymphocyte proliferation, and significantly inhibited tumor lung metastasis. This article suggests that there is a close relationship between lung metastasis and host immune status in spleen deficiency mice.
